The vehicle was exposed to some flood water.  Should I replace all wires and
connections that were under water?

hey there, it all depends, i would let everything dry out out before appling power to anything, if there is a problem , i would only re place necesray componants. wiring can hold up to wetness for quite some time without getting damage, its more electriacl componants that you will have to worry about.
