Ford Repair: 302 ford engine, f 150 truck, mustang engine

will a 302 1992 mustang engine work& run right if put in a 1995 f 150 truck that came out with 5.0 engine? thanks

hey there, i think the block will work but alot of componants are going to have to be changed over, there are alot of difference in parts use betwwen the two engines, there may even be a difference in cam lobs, i would pull it apart and inspect  for the differences before reasembly.
