How do you remove the brake drum off a 1992 Ford F-150 4.9L

should just pull off-you may have a clip around one of the wheel studs if they have never been off-it may be stuck if so you can take a hammer and hit the sides while turning and pulling-if shoes are worn metal to metal you may have to back off the self adjuster.
