My break light came on. I have break fluid, just got breaks done 3 months ago front and back and my breaks are working fine. How do I turn off the sensor. It only comes on sometimes.

I would make that I don't have faulty break sensor.  Check the sensor by using a multimeter.  Set the multimeter to measure resistance.  If the sensor is working properly, you should see resistance reading, if it not, the resistance would be zero or open circuit displayed.
