have a 95 ford taurus gl 3.0 wagon replaced the fuel pump, flter, have fire but there is no fuel pressure will not run

while you had fuel pump out did you have power and ground to the pump-you need to determine this before replacing the part-is your fuel pump relay working-basically igntion switch energizes pcm relay-pcm completes fuel pump relay circuit-voltage passes through inertia switch then to pump-rarely have problem with inertia switch-fuel pump relays sometimes-do you hear pump run
