Ford Repair: Valve settings, ford tempo, ft info

We have a 89 ford tempo, 2.3 engine, I would like to know how to set the valves on this car.

valves are not adjustable on that vehicle just tighten them down-if you have a clicking noise then you have something else going onRocker Arm Bolts  -

be sure to tighten rocker arms to spec.
Note: Tighten in 2 steps 6-10 Nm (4.5-7.5 lb ft), then 26-38 Nm (19.5-26.5 lb ft
