Ford Repair: Ford Explorer wont start, 2002, 2003

2003 Explorer is dead.  Battery checks O.K. at 13.5 VDC.  Veh. O.K. when parked the night before.  Next day no electrical power from battt. to the system.  No lights, no power at all.

 Remove the front interior kick panels and see if the carpet matting is wet under the front carpet areas. A water leak intrusion at the 'A' post.cowl section,roof panel or sunroof if equipped can cause a condition such as this by entering into an electronic module. Let me know if you find the floor matting wet.
