Ford Repair: Ford Galaxy 2005 wont start, ford galaxy, ford 500

Our 2005 Ford Galaxy won't start.  We aren't even getting a little bit of a turn over, but the battery shows that it has a charge.  Any suggestions?  Could it be something to do with a fuse or something like that?

Hello Ivan, If you could carify a few things please. 1) Is it a Ford 500 ?  2) do you hear the engine crank over ? 3) Is there a red lite on the dash falasing very quickly? the lite should flash once every 3 to 4 seconds with the key not in the ignition   Thanks Tony
