Ford Repair: cooling fan stays on, engine temperature, cooling fan

Question
I have a 1994 mustang, the cooling fan stays on after I turn off the engine.

Answer
Just because you cut the car off,that doesn't mean the fan should stop doing it's job.It doesn't know how long you plan to keep the car parked and needs to do it's job,which is to keep the engine temperature within the parameters that are set for the sensor.
