Ford Repair: VIN help, vin numbers, vin number

Hay can you please help me, decode this VIN# 9R05W116525
I just got this car and it has a V8 in it. but I got told it is a 4 cylinder turbo VIN#.

  What car is this coming off of?  The reason I ask is that it doesn't seem like a VIN number.  All VIN numbers after 1981 should have 17 digits...yours has 11.  If I were to use the number you gave me, the only relevent info I could give you would be that the car was made in Paraguay...unless you live in South America it's extremely unlikely that that number is a VIN.  You might check around the internet for VIN decoders.  Hope this helps.
