Ford Repair: Serpentine belt - 95 Thunderbird, center bolt, serpentine belt

Jimmy-How how I loosen the belt tensioner to remove the belt?  Thank you for your time and expertise.

is it 3.8l or 4.6l,or5.0 they are all different   there should be a bolt that holds the tensinor  to the front cover and there should be another bolt in the center of the pulley from tensinor, with a wrench move that center bolt one way or other to see teh belt loosen , and that should get it off
