Ford Repair: 4.6L Thunderbird, luck chris, thunderbird

Question
The engine locked up while the car was turning over.
when you engage it it makes a clicking nose.

we where trying to get it to start. It hasn't start once, but it was firing once in while. but no start.

Hi Kevin. I need a little more information. Is the engine turning over?  Is that clicking noise coming from the startor? What year is this vehicle? Has this vehicle been sitting for a while?
