Ford Repair: 1996 1.9 Escort no power when hot, vacuum leaks, egr valve

Question
It runs great cold. Once it heats up it has no power.The catalytic converter glows red. I changed the cat and ran it with no muffler. Still no power when hot. I changed the front Oxy sensor and the EGR vac solenoid. I freed up the sticking EGR valve and it hold vacuume.

Answer
I would check for vacuum leaks where the intake manifold attaches to the head.  With the engine running you can spray it with water and if water gets into a leak the engine will run rough.  I would also look at the fuel pressure.  Is the check engine light on?
