Ford Repair: radio/cd player, radio cd, disc cd

Question
I have a 6 disc cd/am/fm radio that has a stuck disc in it.  How do I fix or remove the disc?

Answer
Most of the time this is caused by coins or other debris falling into the player, or two discs jammed into one slot. You didn't say what vehicle you have, so it depends on where it is mounted as far as anything falling into the CD changer.

The ones I have fixed I took the changer out of the vehicle and removed the covers to expose the internals, and removed the offending item(s).
