As this is the first time I have ever made any such request I find it impossible that you have answered it previously. However you may rest assured that I will not trouble you again.  It just goes to prove the old adage 'you get what you pay for'.

My apologies if I didn't answer you correctly. Your message sure sounded like one I had previously answered. Not everyone includes a name, so I am not sure who it was.

I will be glad to answer it for you if you like. Don't mean to offend, we're just volunteers here and I have been answering 10 questions a day.
