hello,my ? is how do i reset the PCM and also is there a way to tell if the PCM is bad thank you

Depends on what you are trying to reset. Your vehicle does not have a reprogrammable PCM, that didn't appear until about 1996. Disconnecting the battery for five minutes will clear most of the strategies, like idle speed. But doing so will also cause some concerns that will be corrected as the PCM relearns.
