  To my knowledge Ford doesn't have any readily available EFI parts for a 460SCJ.  That doesn't mean it's not possible, but you'll have to go the custom route.  The biggest problem would be the manifold.  A company that does custom manifolds like Wilson Manifolds could simply take a carb intake and convert it to work with an EFI system.  After that you'll probably need some sort of aftermarket engine management.  Any DFI (digital fuel injection) kit will work.  I highly recommend a kit from a company called SDS (or Simple Digital Systems).  Unlike most other kits, the SDS kit doesn't require a laptop to tune.  So there you have it...it's definitely possible, but it's probably not going to be as cheap as going with a traditional carb setup.  Hope this helps.
