Ford Repair: front end sharp knocking sound, ford areostar, automatic transmission

ford areostar 1991 automatic transmission, last friday got the front end replaced. after about 75 miles started to hear a sharp knock noise. it steers ok and it is mostly from the right side and it is a sharp knock that gets worst when u drive. want to driv it back to the place that did the rpair but it over 143 miles away from where my van is now. when   you  push  it  down  its  when  it  goes  back  up   that  the  knocks   goes  on

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
WHat I would suggest is that you have a garage near you repair the vehicle and also contact a lawyer. First you need to see IF it was something that was done by the first garage. Then make a video of the repair before touching anything, then have the repair made and send the bill to the first garage. But, I'm a mechanic, not a lawyer......I would ask them what to do.
