Ford Repair: License plate Bracket, ford explorer sport, plastic rivets

Hi Eric - I'm trying to re-attach the front license plate bracket on my 2000 Ford Explorer Sport.  Do you know how those pins re-attach to the bumper?  Thanks

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 I'm not a body person....BUT... from what I remember, I think that the plastic pins you are talking about are plastic rivets and require a special rivet gun. Your best bet would be to go to a local body shop and ask them.
