Where is the speed sensor located on a 98 Winstar?

Hello and thanks for the question...I'll try to help.
 The speed sensor is located on the transmission, right (passenger) side, near the installation point of the axle.  If you use this link:

and click on the first picture to enlarge it the extended section is where the VSS is located.
