Ford Repair: 68 Ford Bronco, ford bronco, window frame

I own a 68 Bronco with removable window frames. I ordered an anti rattle kit and the rear lower channel has an integral nut installed on the upper attach point as does the window frame on its lower attach point. Do I modify the new channel to fit or is there a channel made to fit this application.
