Ford Repair: cooling fans, cooling fans, cooling fan

Question
my cooling fans constintly run even with the key out of the ignition. i have to take the fan fuse out when i'm done driving, can you tell me what could cause this to happen and is there a relay for the fans....

Yes, there is a relay for each cooling fan; some vehicles have all of the relays built into a single module.  For some vehicles, it is normal for the cooling fans to run for a short time after the ignition is turned off; if your vehicle is not one of these vehicles, I would guess that a relay is sticking.
