how do u install a front parking brake on a 93 ford explorer

I don't know what you mean by "front parking brake". The Parking brakes are in the rear. Do you mean the parking brake pedal? If you mean the pedal assembly, you need special tools and equipment to replace it. Best left to your mechanic. Please respond with more info!
