Ford Repair: fuel access, ford taurus, taurus wagon

i have a 78 ford taurus wagon  (now dead) with a full tank of gas i need to know the easiest way to get the gas out w/out siphoning it (i have no hose)
so i can use it in another car  any hints would be helpful   thanks     cody

p.s. the car gets to @ 20 mph  then the motor just revs and smokes w/no more power im assuming tranny is out am i right?

the only other easy way is to go to autozone or advance auto and get a hand pump.the pump is about 10 bucks.the only other way is drop the tank,and that is a lot of work.i would say the trans is shot.ford had major problems with their trannys in the taurus and other like models for years.hope this helps.
