Ford Repair: 1998 ford explorer, tie rod ends, grease fittings

the front end squeaks when the wheel turns it sounds like it coming from on of the joints but there is no way to lubricate

Hi Joe,
It is usually the outer tie rod ends. Have sombody turn the wheel while you hold each one of the outer tie rod ends to find the one making the noise and replace it. Then have it aligned. FORD doesn't use grease fittings, so it must be replaced.
