Ford Repair: turbonator, fuel efficiency, desperate attempt

i've got a 91 explorer 4dr,4wd. in my desperate attempt to increase fuel efficiency i came across an acessory (online, of course) called the turbonator. it looks promising, but is it worth it? it's some kind of air filter that makes the air cyclone through the intake. thanks alot!

I have heard of it and seen it in magazines.  I cannot say that I've ever seen one in use or heard of it working or not working.  Your lack of fuel efficiency is mostly related to aerodynamics, the flat grill and relatively vertical windshield.
