I want to replace my 300 CI motor with a 390 V8. What will I need to do this, such as move motor mount towers or replace them, and will I need a different bell housing?

You definitely will need a different bell housing and motor mounts. And I would definitely beef up the front suspension as you are putting in a much heavier motor. Also, you should consider replacing the rearend with a heavier one as you will burn it up if you run the vehicle hard. I hope that this helps and good luck.
