Ford Repair: EEC-IV, side kick panel, easter egging

Hi Steve,
it's saturday, and I just put in a Ford Mass air conversion into my 93 Lightning. Everything went well except the new EEC-IV computer. The instruction sheet said it's beneath the instrument panel, but I can't find the damn thing. Being that it's an older truck, the plastic is pretty brittle, so before I start easter egging I thought I'd ask somebody. Do you know where the EEC-IV is located on a 93 F150 ?

  As far as I know, at least in EVERY Ford car, truck, and van I've ever seen, the EEC is behind the passenger side kick panel (that plastic piece right below the dash in front of the door).  It should just take a couple of screws to remove the panel and access the EEC.  Hope this helps.
