Ford Repair: engine swap from auto to man, speedbumps, computer control

i have a 93 probe. 2.0 eng 5spd trans.  the engine is bad and i want to replace it with a 2.0 from a 94 probe but the 94 has a auto trans.  is this a relatively easy swap, or is it more comiplicated than i realize?  if so, could you lead me to information on how to to it right?  thanks,

  You'll definitely need to grab the computer and associated wiring from the '94 since I believe they used an electronically controlled transmission, unlike you 5spd that had no computer control.  That'll be the biggest issue.  To be honest my knowledge of Probes isn't vast, but I imagine the rest of the swap should go smoothly.  You may need some different mounts and certainly a different shifter and linkage, but other than that I wouldn't expect any big speedbumps.  Hope this helps.
