  There's any number of companies that make cowl hoods for an '85 Mustang.  Cervinis makes probably the best quality hoods (I believe they're at www.cervinis.com).  Price is around $380 I believe.  You can find them cheaper, but the quality usually suffers.  Hope this helps.
