Honda Repair: 1991 Honda Accord Station Wagon, fuse box, accord station

Question
I have a strange issue with my lights. When the car is off and i press the break the dash lights come on. When the lights are on my third break light stays on and i am unable to use the cruise control. I failed inspection because of this and its got me puzzled... help............

 Well it sounds like you have a wire crossed some place I would try disconecting your battery for one minute and check you computer conections  and around the fuse box. then reconect your battery see if the problem persist's. If so email me agian and I will try to think of a possible problem.
