Honda Repair: 1991 Honda Accord EX wagon, crank shaft, honda accord ex

I keep loosing fan belts it appears that the pulley attached to the crank shaft is loose. It will slide on and off. Is this normal and is it a pressure fit. Any advice will be helpful as I'm replacing belts weekly.

 The crank shaft pully should not be loose if it is loose this is a serious problem the pully is held on by one bolt that goes threw the center I would make sure the bolt is still there and if it is try to tighten it then check your other pulleys as well.
