Honda Repair: start no start, car acts, clutch pedal

My 92 accord 4dr lx   will start then not.  The d Light blinks and car acts like it is flooded.  Something resets and it will then run.  I have changed the trans computer but no luck.  Some relay must be fried   signed  fried head

the main relay will do this. there is a communication line from the ecu to the tranny ecu that passes through the relay.
it is about 45$ from the dealer i believe.
you can find it under the drivers dash. you will have to crawl in there and look straight up from the kick panel. about where the clutch pedal is or would be. it is a rectangle box (double wide relay) with a large 8prong plug on it.

as a quick test you can get something to tap on it while you start the car, but just go ahead and change it. they go out all the time.
