Honda Repair: odometer on 1996 honda accord stopped, side kick panel, honda shop

My odometer and the trip meter stopped workign sometime today.  What has caused this problem to occur.

on the transmission there is a Speed Sensor. it sounds like it just got unplugged or came loose. or possibly went out. first check all the fuses underneath your driv side kick panel. if all are good you could try fixing the problem yourself or go to any  certified transmission or Honda shop and they should be able to either fix the problem or replace the part. this same thing happened to my brother's car last week.
