Honda Repair: 95 honda accord check engine light is on, honda accord, ground pin

How can I fix the check engine light off on my 95 honda accord v6? I went to autozone but they couldn't connect to the computer because it is an early 95. Help please!

Sandra find the connector to the ECM (computer) use a paper clip and put it between the ground pin and the power pin the check engine light is going to flash  a code ,,, long flash=10 short flash=1....... count how many long and short flashes and add them together  i need the code  to diagnose the problem
