Honda Repair: S3 Light blinks and Check Engine light is on, light fuse, coolant hose

I have an 88 prelude 2.0si and I went to change a small coolant hose and removed the distributor to get to it.  I also changed the airfilter at the same time.  When I started it the next time and there after, the check engine light is on and the S3 light blinks.  I looked to see if a hose or wire was disconnected and its not. A friends said it could be coinsidental and the computer could be bad..  every once in a while now it is hard to get started but once started runs fine..  What do you think.

You need to reset the computer. . . find the hazzard light fuse and remove for 10 mins and put back in . this resets any problem that the computer has, but if it consists on giving you lights tell me how mant times the LED blinks on the ECU and i can tell you exactly whats wrong.
