Honda Repair: gauges, fuse box, 1990 honda accord

have 1990 honda accord gauges are going crazy especially when I turn the signal lights on temp guage,  rpm, when I hit the brakes it effect the gauge also what could be causing this

looks like the resistor isnot working in the alternator, there is not an even flow of electricity coming out of it, or there is a bit of dodgy wireing somewhere, check the fuse box in both the engine bay and under the dash and get back to me
