Honda Repair: 91 HONDA S LIGHT, flashing light, accord lx

I HAVE A 91 ACCORD LX  WITH THE SPORT BUTTON ON SHIFTER  WHEN START THE  S  LIGHT  BLINKS NON STOP  I JUMPED THE ECM  AND IT SAID CODE 14 THE SPEEDO WORKS FINE  SO WHAT U THINK THE PROB MIGHT BE      THANKS

That sounds like the transmission computer. It is located under the carpet on the passanger floor. When you pull back the carpet there is a metal case that unbolts with 4 nuts. Then flip it over, you'll find two computers, the smaller of the two is for the trans. I wouldn't replace it if the trans is shifting good. These computers go bad often and in two ways. The way you are seeing now, and the other will totally mess with the shifting pattern of the trans. I wouldn't replace it for just the flashing light, but that is up to you.
