Honda Repair: A/C installation, civic cx, honda dealership

I have a 2000 Civic CX that was manufactured without A/C.  

I would like to add an A/C system.  What are the options and cost will be?  Please include sources/suppliers.

There use to be an entire kit that Honda sold to have added to this car.  We use to add them all the time in this area because it was way too hot to sell without a/c.  I am not sure if this is still available anymore.  I would call your Honda dealership and see if its still available.  It was about $1500 installed.  You may find that there are some aftermarket kits available but not many came without A/C.  Sorry I can't be of more help.
