this is a 1989 honda crx Si, it is the original engine  total of 385000 and rebuild currently has 125000 on it. I find when the car starts sometimes just bogs out and might be not be gettin the proper fuel not really sure though and seems to be worse when it is really hot outside ? but it always cranks over just after a few tries sometimes while giving some gas, passed emmissions test 2 weeks ago with flying colors what do u think could be causing to the engine to perform like this bogging out and i never had problem when it was colder out

Sounds like the normal main fuel pump relay failure.  Try opening the doors and letting the interior of the car cool down and see what happens.  The relay is located under the dash on the left side.  You can also strike the side of the dash when the engine is turning over to see if it starts.
