Honda Repair: 1990 Accord No spark, hi chris, whole ten yards

Hi Chris,
  Im an ASE cert. tech w/over 20yrs exp. & Im stumped!!!
 I just did a T-belt on a 90' Accord that had spark prior to the repair. I have compression & have ck'd (w/DVOM) all sensors ie; TDC/CYL/CRANK, ck'd wiring, etc. And have replaced igniter!
 I'll take any advice you have, incl. retesting what I'v done.

I would check the timing to be sure its perfect I have had that problem and it just turned out to be timing was off a tooth that is pretty much all I can think of you have already went the whole ten yards on figuring it out I would just go over it again and make sure nothing is missing or unplugged sorry couldn't be more help.
