Honda Repair: Honda Random Misfire, leak down test, accord v6

2000 Accord V6 70k miles
Bad miss on acceleration. Code reporting random
misfire on different cylinders. New plugs.
Fuel pressure OK. Dealer cannot help until something fails.

Not a very common problem on this car. It's hard to guess over the internet without doing several tests, but here goes:
Are they factory plugs? Autolite and bosch do not work in Hondas.
Are you sure you have good fuel in the car? I see a lot of cars where people put diesel in the car. Maybe 5 gallons or so. They do not even realize that they did this, but it is common.
Was the car wrecked? Possibly a loose or corroded connector where ever the car was hit. Check that area good.
Its also a good idea to check the condition of the engine. Do a leak down test and or a compression test. A valve that is just starting to burn can cause that code.
