Honda Repair: Hesitation, spark plug wires, hesitation problem

I have a Acura Integra 1990. It has 238000 miles on it. I would like to know how to correct a hesitation problem that happens usually around gear changes. I've done a full tuneup including changing the spark plug wires. I've had a fuel injection flush. I've put fuel injection cleaner in my car for months also water remover but the same problem exist. Could you help?

There are way too many symtoms/reasons for this to occure.Start by checking your timing belt then your coil/cap/rotor assembly, if you are still not cured inspect the O2 sensor and the cat/exhaust.Hope this helps out, if trouble continues give me another call.CC:)
