Honda Repair: replacing drivers side power outside mirror, electrical hookup, honda accord ex

2001 honda accord ex:there are 3 mounting screws that have to be removed,but what do i have to do to make the  electrical hookup.what do i have to remove from the inside door panel?  thank you for any assistance you can give

Hey Jim, if the connector isn't right there on the mirror, you have to remove the door panel to get to it.
Remove the screws in the handle pocket, and the door handle. Remove the handle, and then just pull firmly at the bottom edge of the panel to release the push-clips.
