Hi, John.  Check to see whether your check engine lamp comes on when you turn the ignition to the "on" position.  If not, suspect the engine control module (ECM) is not powering up.  If so, suspect the crankshaft position sensor has failed.  In the latter of these cases, it's common for diagnostic trouble code P0335 to be stored in the ECM.
