Hyundai Tucson 2.0 at tumbling in right weakly blaze left thumb lights and on the panel instrument blazes indication in left and in right like in hazard mode

Hi, Stanislav.  After studying the schematic, I think the problem is in the instrument cluster.  If the ground circuit for the right turn signal indicator in the cluster is broken, you'll get exactly the symptom you describe.  To check this, remove the cluster and unplug it, and recheck to see if the condition remains.  If not, the problem is with the cluster.  If the cluster circuit board is available separately, you may be able to replace just the circuit board.
