In general, to replace sway bar bushings, you'll remove the bolts holding the sway bar/bushing brackets in place, slip the brackets off the bushings, remove the old bushings from the sway bar, install the new bushings, reinstall the brackets onto the bushings, and then reinstall the bracket bolts. Depending on the vehicle, there may be some disassembly required to access the bracket bolts.
