my Hyundai Santa Fe will start some times then it wont i checked the battery at a auto parts store it is good what should i check next

To advise you here, I'll need to know whether this is a starting system issue or an issue that simply prevents the engine from running.

When you turn the key to the start position, does the engine crank?  
If so, does it crank normally, slower, or faster?
Describe any noises you hear from the engine compartment area when attempting to start.
