do the hubs need to be pressed off and on?

not sure, Jeff, i am not a mechanic but i would think a mechanic would need to know make and model of car you are talking about.  Not me though i still wouldn't know, because i signed up on this website as an auto paint expert.  I don't know why i keep getting mechanic questions. Joe
