do you know how to permanently turn off the alarm on my Hyundai Azera? Every time a Harley motorcycle drives by my car, its alarm goes off waking my poor neighbors.

I think the shock sensor is set too sensitive. You can lower the setting. Shock sensor is attached to the steering column. If you look under the lower crash pad just above the pedals, you will see a small box (usually blue or black) with a led and an adjustment knob on it. If you rotate the knob clockwise it will increase the sensitivity. So you need to rotate it counterclockwise to lower.
